This post is from my ‘Showing My Workings’ section: More frequent extra bits and pieces that don't feel complete or meaty enough to post to main newsletter.
If this blog post contains only this sentence and a bullet list, or is otherwise weirdly half-finished, it’s because it was showtime and this was all I’d written.
Previously I wrote about how I’d been avoiding uni since the start of the semester.
And now last week I dropped all classes but one
Had been avoiding doing uni work a lot, had two assignments i didn’t even look at, just kept getting more and more behind
In the couple of days leading up to census date (last day to drop classes without certain consequences), was surprised by low level of stress. Usually I would be freaking the fuck out coming up to a decision deadline like this.
so seems like probably the different parts work exercise I’d been doing probably helped in some way??
When I it was census day and I had to decide the decision kind of just gentle came to me and I was like ‘ok yep I guess I’m doing that then’
Felt very happy in couple days after withdraw decision
After that mood has gone back down again and anxiety up, though still more calm than before i think
Feeling less antagonism between my parts
Include daylio score for week??
