Felt much more comfort and aliveness with imaginal parents than previously. I think came from imagining them noticing and mirroring my emotional facial expressions moment to moment
Asked question about difficulty with classifying attachment style
For the Schema Repatterning mediation I worked with a schema of ‘im incompetent and defective so my emotions dont matter’ or something like that. Worked with a vague memory of Dad correcting and (in my memory) getting annoyed at my mistakes when cooking together as a kid.
